Tax: 11.7% Massachusetts room tax will be collected.
Single-night stays are allowed in certain situations.
Minimum stays may apply to certain holidays and peak periods.
Reservations may be made no more than one year in advance.
Credit card information is required to confirm a reservation. The credit card is not charged until arrival.
All cancellations and shortened stays will charged a $25
fee. Cancellations or shortened stays with under 14 days notice will be
subject to an additional charge equal to 50% of the total fare if we are unable to
re-book the room. No-shows will be charged full fare.
